Curriculum workshops aim to enable participants to discuss their identities and their agency to drive change as leaders. Informed by research on the benefits of community service, positive youth and adult relationships, and enhanced self image on risk reduction, the Posse Foundation developed a six-workshop curriculum called Valuing Our Insights for Civic Engagement and Success (VOICES) to meet these goals. This initiative supports the long-term goal of bolstering local youth leadership development.
