The Asthma Prevention and Control Program works to improve the quality of life for all Massachusetts residents with asthma and to reduce disparities in asthma outcomes. Funded by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Program's activities include: expanding asthma surveillance, broadening statewide and regional asthma partnerships for coordinating action on asthma, and improving asthma management and control. The Program provides Asthma Action Plans for children and adults in seven languages.
